This hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the center of Verona and not far from the train station. The staff provided a warm and friendly welcome, giving us a helpful map with tips for exploring the city. The rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a private WC.
No improvement needed, everything was great!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and always available. The location was also great as it was close to a lot of restaurants and shops.
The hotel was completely unprepared for the Christmas holidays. There were no decorations, festive activities, or even a Christmas tree in sight.

We loved how central and convenient the location was, with a supermarket just a short walk away. the comfortable beds and clean rooms were a pleasant surprise for the price. the friendly staff were also a highlight.
The shared bathroom did let the experience down, similar to some of the other reviews we had read online.

Great location close to popular attractions and restaurants. the room was clean and tidy with comfortable beds. the hotel also had a charming and cozy ambiance that made us feel at home. We enjoyed the holiday decorations and the Christmas spirit that filled the hotel.
The bathroom was quite small and lacked some basic amenities. We also found that the breakfast options were limited and not very satisfying.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of this city and close to the central train station. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the staff was very accommodating. The facilities, particularly the free coffee machine and kettle in the room, were a great addition to our stay.
Nothing could have been better.
